Loison: 42 awards since 1997

Loison Pasticceri’s craftsmanship, focus on innovation and Dario’s entrepreneurial style have been recognised and rewarded by many bodies and institutions.

The Awards won by Loison over its many decades in business are countless, seeing the company rewarded as much for the solidity of its business model as for the excellence of its products:

 

  1. 2023 Champions of Growth 2024, Report compiled by the German Institute for Quality & Finance ITQF, in collaboration with La Repubblica A&F, which identifies and rewards the eight hundred companies that have distinguished themselves by significantly above-average growth rates
  2. 2023 First edition of the National Panettone Museum Award given to Loison Pasticceri since 1938 as a historic Italian brand
  3. 2023 The Wine Hunter Award, Merano Wine Festival, awarded 4 prizes by the committee chaired by Helmuth Köcher to Loison Pasticceri to the 4 novelties 2023: Award Gold Panettone Pear Chocolate and Panettone Orange Chocolate, Award Red Strand Apricot Basil and Strand Orange and Chocolate
  4. 2023 “Save the brand” Award Development Strategy Award, given to Loison Pasticceri with the following motivation: “The artisan origins live on in the Loison family, which lives with an entrepreneurial spirit a system based on research and quality, flexibility and internationalization. With websites, merchandising, production and educational moments under its belt, the brand aims to double the sales channel within the year.”
  5. 2023 “Export Champions 2023″ Award given by the economic newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore and the German portal Statista, which recognize Loison Pasticceri, for the second consecutive year, among the Export Champions, the 250 Italian companies with the highest Export share relative to turnover
  6. 2023 “Export Italy” Award assigned by the UniExportManager Association in recognition of Loison’s successes in promoting and marketing its high-quality products abroad with the following motivation: “Knowing well its competitive advantages, studying the reference market and a well-structured digital marketing work are the indispensable elements of the ‘Loison recipe’ to face foreign markets, a philosophy that sees the customer always and in any case at the center
  7. 2023 “Best E-commerce Food integrated with physical points and store locator” Award, given by E-commerce Food Conference
  8. 2022 Veneto Food Award, oscar of agri-food excellencies from Veneto, Special Mention Category Artisan Gelato Shops
  9. 2022 Vicenza’s Best Performer Enterprise Award, assigned by ItalyPost to Vicenza companies Healthy companies, with a rating ranging from ‘balanced to excellent’, which produced profits in 2020 and averaged at least 2.15 per cent over the last three years (but some even reach 50 per cent).
  10. 2022 The Wine Hunter Award, Merano Wine Festival, awarded 4 prizes by the commission chaired by Helmuth Köcher to Loison Pasticceri: Gold Award to Tosa hazelnut salted caramel, Tosa chocolate salted caramel, Panettone Nerosale, Panettone pistachio and matcha
  11. 2022 Internationalisation Award ‘Save the Brand‘ awarded by FoodCommunity to Italian entrepreneurs in the food sector & Beverage who have distinguished themselves for the value they have managed to create around their brand. To Dario Loison with the following motivation ‘Third generation of pastry chefs, Dario Loison has been able to look abroad by promoting the consumption of panettone all year round’.
  12. 2022 The “Champions of Export 2022” Award assigned by Statista and Il Sole 24 Ore recognising Loison among the Champions of Export 2022, the list of the 200 Italian companies with the highest export rate in 2020.
  13. 2021 Cribis Prime Company, Recognition of highest business reliability. The recognition is based on the CRIBIS Rating, a dynamic and constantly updated indicator of a company’s reliability.
  14. 2021 Impresa Best Performer prize, awarded by ItalyPost to healthy Vicenza companies, with a rating ranging from ‘balanced to excellent’, and which in 2019 produced profits and whose ebitda averaged at least 3.87% over the last three years.
  15. 2021 The WineHunter Award, Merano Wine Festival, 4 Gold prizes were awarded by the commission chaired by Helmuth Köcher to Loison: Gold to Panettone 2021 Pistachio Matcha, Gold to Panettone Nerosale, Gold to Torta “Tosa” Chocolate Caramel Salato, Gold to Torta “Tosa” Hazelnut Caramel Salato
  16. 2021 Taste Olymp Awards, awarded 4 prizes by the jury chaired by panel head Konstantinos Mouzakis: Platinum to Mandarin Panettone, Gold to Panettone NeroSale, Silver to Sbrisola ‘Pistachio’ cake and Tosa ‘Hazelnut Choco’ cake
  17. 2020 The WineHunter Award, Merano Wine Festival, awarded 4 prizes by the commission chaired by Helmuth Köcher to Loison: Gold to Panettone Agrumato and salted caramel Pandoro. Red to Sbrisola with Pistachio and Filone Pear and Spices.
  18. 2019 The WineHunter Award , Merano Wine Festival, awarded 4 prizes by the commission chaired by Helmuth Köcher to Loison: Gold to Panettone Agrumato and salted caramel Pandoro. Red to Sbrisola with Pistachio and Filone Pear and Spices.
  19. 2019 Best Gourmet 2019 Award , chocolate and spices Veneziana “Best artisanal cake Alpe Adria 2019”
  20. 2018 Food Story Award “FoodCommunity”, awarded by FoodCommunity with the following motivation: ‘Pastry chefs for three generations, exporting their products to 55 countries. Universities around the world study the Loison model, combining tradition and innovation’.
  21. 2018 “Best Practice Tradizione e Innovazione” Awards, recognition awarded by FoodCommunity with the following motivation: ‘The confectionery company has an agile and cutting-edge production and commercial structure, capable of maintaining solid ties with the oldest confectionery tradition and responding to the demand of a global market’.
  22. 2018 The WineHunter Award, Merano WineFestival, awarded five prizes by the commission chaired by Helmuth Köcher to Loison: Gold for the Lemon Panettone, the Rose Panettone and the New Spice Panettone; Red for the Nerosale Chocolate and Salted Caramel Panettone.
  23. 2017 The WineHunter Award , Merano WineFestival, awarded by the commission chaired by Helmuth Köcher to three Loison products: WineHunter Award Gold to Veneziana al Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli; WineHunter Award Rosso to Panettone Noël and Panettone al Marron Glacé

  25. 2016 Merano Culinaria Award, Merano WineFestival, The commission chaired by Helmuth Köcher, President and founder of the Merano Wine Festival, awarded 4 prizes to Loison: Platinum to the Panettone Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli, Gold to the Panettone alla Rosa and the Veneziana Amarena and Cinnamon, Red to the Frollini al Burro
  26. 2016 Filippin Award , Istituti Filippin, prize established in 1998 to reward deserving alumni who have achieved important milestones in their lives in the professional sphere, Dario Loison received the award with the following motivation: “For having been able to maintain unchanged over time the moral qualities developed at Filippin with an eye always turned towards young people and their growth, both personal and professional. For the passion and attention that characterise his pastry production, daily valorising history and the past with an eye on the future to seize all the opportunities it can offer. For his entrepreneurial spirit and far-sightedness that often make him walk at his own speed without ever forgetting to extend a hand to those who struggle to keep up with him”
  27. 2015 Migliori di diventa certificate, Veneto Region, “The Veneto Region rewards the excellence of companies in training and has awarded Dolciaria Loison the Migliori di diventa certificate, an initiative promoted with the aim of identifying excellent companies in the area”.
  28. 2015 Coq D’or, Le Guide des Gourmands Award , the only Italian awarded ‘For his irresistible Panettone’.
  29. 2014 Slow Pack Award , Slow Food, in the primary, secondary and tertiary packaging category, ‘For the ability to express the story of its product with elegance and refinement on all types of packaging’.
  30. 2014 Impresa Significante Award, Innovarea – A territorial project promoted by the Veneto Region, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and Confindustria Veneto, ‘Because Loison, too, leverages its craft, civil, cultural and natural heritage”
  31. 2013 Sua Eccellenza Italia, Gambero Rosso Award “For the passion and attention that characterises its pastry production, true Italian gastronomic excellence”
  32. 2013 First Prize in the Sweets and Baked Goods Category for the Colomba al Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli, – Golosario, “The Award represents recognition of Italian creativity that knows how to draw new developments from local products. Developments that in Loison’s case also bring style, a sense of beauty, design and taste to the world.”

  35. 2007 Roma – Italia ARM Award – Company Romana Mercati “Awarded for Bittersweet Pastry Panettone, as an innovative bakery product for the recipe, in the national section”.
