NATURE INSPIRES, SONIA DESIGN CREATES
Inspired by botanical tables from the late 1700s, the Panettone and Pandoro containers of the Frutta e Fiori Collection are the result of extensive research that Sonia Design conducted at national and international libraries. Sonia Pilla found inspiration in fruits, leaves and flowers drawn by hand by skilled artists with expertise in botany. She then laid her own designs out on a natural background. The pink ivory color of the wrapping paper was specifically created for this very Collection.
The Frutta e Fiori Collection comprises all the Loison Panettone varieties featuring either a fruit or a flower as a main ingredient. This line is the result of decades of ongoing search for premium Italian ingredients, which give our Panettone its exclusive character.
Whilst keeping an eye on tradition, Dario Loison embraced a new challenge in baking and managed to introduce innovation, while preserving the integrity of a traditional sweet bread.
