Loison adheres to the Slow Food movement with the aim of safeguarding small productions of gastronomic excellence threatened by industrial agriculture, environmental degradation and standardisation.
Loison applies the BRC Food Standard to its production with the aim of producing high quality and excellent tasting pastries, in compliance with
the laws in force in Italy, Europe and countries outside the EEC.
Packaging
Environmental sustainability is also reflected in some packaging choices.
Loison shopping bags are made of recycled TNT from plastic bottles.

We believe in the development of fluid professional profiles in the combination of continuous training.
In the Library of Taste of the Loison Museum there are about 2000 books available for staff training and about 350 training videos made available to employees and customers.
