Among the companies that have been awarded the “Famiglie del cibo – Un patrimonio dell’umanità” prize, Loison Pasticceri dal 1938 stands out as one of those selected to best represent the values of the initiative. The award, presented on March 7 during the Tipicità festival and established by Italia a Tavola with the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, recognizes family-run businesses led by at least three generations, capable of preserving product culture while evolving over time.
