The certified Wildflower Honey we use comes from bees raised in Italian mountains. The color and fragrance of this honey remind us of the pristine valleys where bees are free to feed on naturally growing flowers.
The Bonissima Noci e Miele is a traditional Modena dessert in which the crumbly consistency of the butter-based shortcrust pastry is combined with a soft, enveloping filling. Dario Loison wanted to offer this artisanal cake, enriching it with a filling of Italian “Lara” walnuts and Sicilian wildflower honey, so as not to forget this popular excellence of Made in Italy confectionery over time.
