Spring and Tradition: a journey through nostalgia, elegance and taste

“After a long, dark and cold winter, we long for spring — a season that draws us outdoors to enjoy the beauty of nature coming back to life, with its blue skies and colorful flowers. It fills us with energy and makes us want to do so many things. This year, Sonia Design sought to capture this energy through tender yet playful images that remind us to smile whenever we take a little time for ourselves”. (Sonia Pilla)

With these thoughts, Sonia Pilla, Art Director of Loison Pasticceri and wife of Dario Loison, invites us to fully embrace spring, whose vibrant energy urges us to admire the beauty of nature: “Mine is a small voice outside the crowd,” Sonia shares. “In a world that often drags us into the frenzy of daily life and material, technological concerns, my invitation is for a rebirth — to rediscover the beauty in small things: watching a flower bloom, basking in the sun’s warmth, and dreaming new projects and desires, with a more sincere and meaningful outlook. Because when you gaze at the horizon, toward the infinite, you find the path back to yourself.

Thanks to Sonia Design’s creativity, the 2025 Easter theme captures the soul of Spring in delicate, playful images from vintage postcards preserved in the Loison Museum, weaving lightness and serenity to gift us smiles and moments of pure enchantment.

SWEET NOSTALGIA: THE VINTAGE CHARM OF THE CONIGLIETTI COLLECTION

THE PACKAGING.The Coniglietti Collection revives the elegance of old postcards. Scenes of everyday life — like a family of bunnies enjoying tea and pastries while reading a book, or a couple picking flowers — capture the charm of the past. Dressed in refined vintage clothing, the bunnies embody timeless elegance, a tribute to attention to detail and style, which Sonia seeks to highlight in a time dominated by casual, comfort-driven fashion.

The decorations embellish an elegant box with a top opening and tone-on-tone handle, turning each Easter colomba into a nostalgic, precious gift.

Loison Pastry Chefs Since 1938
Simple roots, genuine ingredients, traditional pastries: these are the values at the heart of the Loison family’s story, four generations of pastry chefs from Costabissara, in the province of Vicenza.
It all began in 1938 with grandfather Tranquillo, the first to fall in love with the art of baking and to pass it on to his son Alessandro. Together, they turned the family oven into an artisan business, inaugurating a new workshop in 1969.
Since 1992, Dario Loison has led the company, now joined by his son Edoardo, keeping the artisanal spirit alive while expanding internationally and always looking toward the future.
Every Loison creation is the result of passion, time, and research: the pastries are brought to life with live sourdough, through a slow 72-hour process using carefully selected ingredients, including Slow Food Presidia products.
The numbers behind Loison Pastry Chefs reflect an artisan reality with an international soul: over 30 years of exports worldwide; more than 70 countries won over by Loison’s flavor; 97% of production under the Loison brand, a name synonymous with gourmet value. With over 500 direct customers worldwide, the company stands out for its short supply chain and trusted, transparent relationships with its partners.
