3 flavours for the Cappelliere collection: Classic, Royal Chocolate And Salted Caramel

The oval hatbox, inspired by the haute couture cases of the turn of the century, opens to Loison spring with a delicate floral tribute, a bouquet of lilies of the valley.
Inside, hidden by a tissue paper, 3 superb one-kilo Colomba flavours: Classica A.D. 1552 and the delicious Regal Cioccolato and Caramello salato.

 

The art of hand-packaging, a pillar of the Loison philosophy, is combined with maniacal attention to detail and the unmistakable style of Sonia Design. The result is an unequivocal harmony of body and soul, where the packaging enhances the essence in a balance of mutual coherence.

 

GRACEFUL ELEGANCE FOR THE VINTAGE HATBOX

Inspired by high fashion containers from the early 20th century, the oval hatbox features a vintage frame in the centre of which Sonia has placed a floral tribute, her beloved bouquet of lilies of the valley. The package is completed with an organza bow (in a different colour according to taste) and the large pendant L-shaped like Loison, but also like ‘Love’ or ‘Luxury’.

 

3 SUPERB ONE-KILO COLOMBA FLAVOURS: CLASSICA, REGAL CIOCCOLATO E CARAMELLO SALATO

The dove is wrapped in opaque tissue paper where the stylised Corinthian columns typical of the Genesis collection are reproduced. A detail, the latter, which at first glance should not appear as it does for haute couture garments.
By popular demand, the Colomba comes in three… flavours, all of one kilogramme: the traditional Classica A.D. 1552, inimitable for its soft dough rich in sulphite-free candied Sicilian orange peel; Regal Cioccolato, a triumph of temptations for chocolate lovers; Caramello salato, rich and mouth-watering thanks to its white chocolate caramel coating and dough enriched with milk chocolate drops and salted butter caramel cream

 

The Colomba in the CAPPELLIERA hatbox collection are distinguished by the choice of fine ingredients, all of which are certified as being of controlled origin. The basic elements, such as eggs from free-range hens, milk, butter and mountain cream, in the TOP line are fresh. Other ingredients are selected according to territorial excellence: from fior di farina to Italian sugar, from Cervia whole sea salt to precious aromatic ingredients, evaluated with extreme care and creativity.
