Once again this year, Dario Loison wants to surprise his fans to make Christmas 2023 even more special with the 175-page Winter catalogue and its vast selection of flavours and collections. Simply calling it a catalogue does not do justice to a titanic work that is renewed twice a year, in winter and spring, following the approach of the haute couture houses with their collections. This periodicity makes it possible to constantly present new avant-garde proposals, in line with the latest trends and able to meet customers’ expectations. Just as in the world of fashion, the renewal of the catalogue represents an opportunity to present fresh and innovative creations not only for festive desserts, but also for the entire continuous line of Loison products.

Created by Sonia Design with burgundy tones that convey an elegant, warm and sober atmosphere, the Winter 2023 catalogue is an intense work of novelties that embrace every aspect of Loison’s sweet world, starting from the 17 Christmas Collections divided into 4 lines (Top, Magnum, Patisserie, Tuttigiorni), and then exploring the entire world of Biscuits, Cakes, Loaf, Veneziana, Slice.
Available in a printed version and online, the first pages explore fundamental themes such as the meticulous artisan production and the slow manufacturing process (it takes 72 hours to make a Loison Panettone), revealing the secrets of the excellent aromatic flavours and fine ingredients used. The catalogue highlights Loison’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, which began back in 2007, the Loison Museum, a fascinating place that preserves the cultural heritage and tradition of the art of classic bakery and pastry making.
